- Candidates must have B.Com with MBA (Finance), B.Com with PGDBA (Finance), or M.Com, along with at least 5 years of relevant post-qualification experience in a Government/Semi-Government/Public Sector/Reputed Ltd. Company and 3 years of service in the immediately lower relevant post and grade.
- Assistant Accountant (Uttarakhand Power Corporation Ltd.):
- Candidates must have Graduation with 2nd Division in Commerce with Accountancy, a Certificate of Competency in Computer Operations, and a computer typing speed of 4000 key depressions per hour.
- Assistant Accountant (Power Transmission Corporation of Uttarakhand Ltd.):
- Candidates must have a Graduation degree in Commerce, BBA, or Post Graduation in Accountancy from a recognized institution, along with a Hindi typing speed of 4000 key depressions per hour.
- Assistant Accountant (Uttarakhand Jal Vidyut Nigam Ltd.):
