They should have Hindi stenography speed of 150 words per minute and typing speed of 35 words per minute in both Hindi and English. Female candidates should have a height of 154.6 cm (with similar relaxation for Terai region) and vision 6/12 without glasses. Candidates must be physically fit and free from diseases. Additionally, male candidates must complete a 1.6 km run in 6 minutes, and female candidates must complete a 1 km run in 6 minutes. Preference will be given to candidates with an NCC ‘C’ certificate or those who have represented the state, country, or university in sports at a recognized level.
