Eligibility Criteria
- Manager:
- Candidates must have either a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce or a Bachelor’s Degree with Economics, Mathematics, or Statistics with at least 55% marks along with basic computer knowledge (O Level or equivalent), or a B.Tech / B.E. in Computer Science or IT, BCA, or MCA with minimum 55% marks, or a BBA / MBA in Banking, Finance, or HR or a full-time PGDM in Banking, Finance, or HR from a recognized institution.
- Junior Manager:
- Candidates must have either a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce or a Bachelor’s Degree with Economics, Mathematics, or Statistics with at least 55% marks along with basic computer knowledge (O Level or equivalent), or a B.Tech / B.E. (CS/IT), BCA, or MCA with minimum 55% marks, or a BBA / MBA in Banking, Finance, or HR or a full-time PGDM in Banking, Finance, or HR from a recognized institution.
- Assistant/ Cashier (Banking Assistant/Clerical Staff):
- Candidates must have a Bachelor’s Degree with at least 55% marks from any recognized university or institution established by law in India, along with a minimum CCC certificate in computer, which is mandatory.
- Assistant/Typist:
- Candidates must have a Graduation degree from a recognized university or institute established by law in India, along with typing speed of 30 words per minute in Hindi and 40 words per minute in English. Additionally, a minimum CCC certificate in computer is mandatory.
- Assistant Engineer (Civil):
- Candidates must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized university or institution established by law in India, or an equivalent qualification recognized by the Government.
